Shanghai Merrypal Import and Export Co., Ltd. was founded in 2014. To further expand its global footprint, it established a wholly-owned subsidiary in Hong Kong in 2015, forging a Shanghai-Hong Kong synergy-driven international operation system.
The Hong Kong subsidiary focuses on chemical products export as its core business. Leveraging its robust supply chain resources of chemical raw materials, it provides solid support for the group’s overall operations.Meanwhile, taking full advantage of its geographical location and resource strengths, the Shanghai headquarters prioritizes two core business segments:R&D and manufacturing of injection-molded products, and vehicle import and export trade. Additionally, it undertakes the accounts receivable and settlement functions for the Russia and Belarus markets.
